I saw my therapist today and to be honest I'm getting bored going to her. I don't see where she is helping me at all. I just talk and she listens without giving me an ounce of advice. I needed some today and when I did not receive any, I left the office kind of angry.

I did my mystery shopping jobs afterwords and told myself I am canceling my next appointment in two weeks. She isn't doing me any good. I really felt like I NEEDED to see her today too and I got nothing from the visit.

I begin school again this week and I don't feel like I'm ready. I am signed up for three classes. One is on Thursday nights, one is on the web, and one is on Saturday mornings. I just do not feel prepared. I guess getting this Master's degree was the right thing to do. Sometimes I believe I rushed into it way too fast and should have taken more time off. I just got my Bachelor's degree in December of 2005. WHY did I have to push myself so hard once more? I am always doing that, however, whether I'm ready or not. If I get it in my head, I HAVE to do it.

I KNOW I'm doing the right thing, I just get overwhelmed at times. If I get this degree, I will definitely take a LONG time before I decide rather to go on for a Ph.D or not. I type that now but who knows what the heck I'll do then. I guess I'm just worried about a new semester and having to go back to IUS. THAT I dread more than anything. I don't WANT to be back down there but I really had no choice this term.

I just wish I wasn't scared about this new semester.

10 Events In My Life I Would Revisit...

I stole this from

ragecarnuu because I thought it was an interesting meme. Here goes my answers:

It is about 10 events from my past and today's perspective on them.

10 things I would revisit in my life and CHANGE. Everyone talks about how they've NEVER change things even if they could because it would make them different today... Well fuck on that. So what? I WOULD change things if I could and I may would be a better person today because of it.

Here is my list:

1. How I treated Susanne Casey when she lived with me in 1996. I was a mean, cruel person and she did not deserve half of the treatment I gave her. I was a total bitch, but DAMN she made it SO easy to be...

2. I would never let Trisha Satchwell set me up with her cousin Peanut in the summer in 1988. Run Kim Run!!!

3. How I would do things different in my relationship with Troy Shriver. I should have married that man. I let probably the best man who ever was in my life get away because I paid attention to what others said instead of going with what I felt. It was a mistake I will always regret. I broke his heart and I was a FOOL!

4. I would still have the abortion because it was medically necessary for my health at age 21, but by god I'd make Peanut stand up to the plate more than I did. That bastard got off SO easy at the time.

5. I would NOT have had sex with as many men as I did in my 20's. Well, maybe I would...

6. I would have taken better care of my red 1989 Camaro. I didn't know I would love it so much or have it as long as I did. I may would have it today if I hadn't wrecked it.

7. I would have treated Gayla Morgan much better in middle school. Melissa Fox and I were just plain evil to people and she was one of them.

8. I'd have gotten even wilder with Melissa then I did (but NOT be mean to people), and THAT was VERY insane I have to say. We did things in our younger days that terrify me today when I think back on it. We actually came close twice to almost getting killed, and I mean LITERALLY, by our stupid actions. But we had a fucking blast!

9. I'd have stuck with my OLS degree, stayed with Purdue and NOT settled for the STUPID General Studies Bachelor's degree. I will NEVER forgive myself for that EVER!!

Kim's 2005 Meme:

1.) What did you do in 2005 that you'd never done before? I'll soon be graduating from college with a Bachelor's degree. I am extremely proud of myself because I've worked hard to get where I'm at.

2.) Did you keep your new years' resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
I don't remember what mine were, but I doubt I kept any of them. I will make new ones, only to forget them as well.

3.) Did anyone close to you give birth? Yes I had a couple family members and friends have new babies. One family member and her husband struggled with infertility for a long time, so the birth of their daughter was extra special,

4.) Did anyone close to you die? Yes, it's so hard to believe she's gone.

5.) What countries did you visit? None sadly.

6.) What would you like to have or be doing in 2006 that you lacked in 2005? I'd like to have found a really good job in Seymour or Columbus, Indiana, and I'd also like to have at least started on my Master's degree. There's no reason to put it off if I want to go and can find some way to come up with the funds to pay for it.

7.) What date from 2005 will remain etched upon your memory, and why? What I put myself through over Spring Break 2005. That was bull, and my friends know what happened.

9.) What was your biggest failure? Deciding to drop out of the OLS program and leave Purdue. That broke my heart, and always will continue to. I was MADE for OLS!

10.) Did you suffer illness or injury? The recurrent bladder infections and the pre-cancer scare.

11.) What was the best thing you bought? My new Dell computer.

12.) Whose behavior merited celebration? Both my brother C.J.'s and brother Brandon's respectively. C.J. is a college sophomore making A's and B's and Brandon has a job and is working on his GED. I'm so proud of both of them.

13.) Whose behavior made you appalled and depressed? My brother Dylan's. The baby of the family is also the drunk druggie. His actions are just plain stupid, and he finally needs to get his act together.

14.) Where did most of your money go? Normal bills like my car payment, rent, telephone, electricity, etc. I also loaned *gave* some to my parents.

15.) What did you get really, really, really excited about? Mom and Dad's Fall Festival, my soon to be college graduation, and going to Kings Island this past summer and actually riding the Vortex!!

16.) What song will always remind you of 2005? "Boulevard of Broken Dreams", it just stands out in my head but I don't know why. *Shrug*

29.) What was a new food you tried in 2005? Pop Rocks! And I drunk Coke right after. I swear my stomach DID feel kind of strange. Is candy considered a food? Wait a sec... I tried this soup at a Chinese restaurant and it had crab meat in it but I hated it!

30.) What was your favorite film of this year? An independent one called "Latter Days"? I'm not sure but it was great!

31.) What did you do on your birthday, and how old were you? I think we had a barbeque, and I got a birthday cake and presents. I turned 34.

32.) What one thing would have made your year immeasurably more satisfying? Not sure

33.) How would you describe your personal fashion concept in 2005? I liked clothes that were in style but I stuck with classic pieces as well. This is how I always am.

34.) What kept you sane? I have a wonderful family.

35.) Which celebrity/public figure did you fancy the most? Bradley R. Sherwood, no surprise there, huh?

36.) What political issue stirred you the most? The battle over abortion rights.

37.) Who do you miss? I don't miss anyone that's living, but I do ache for those I've lost who've died.

1.) If you could 'take back' your virginity from you first partner, would you? No, I actually enjoyed my first time. He was a virgin too, we experienced "the first time" together, so it was very special.

2.) Would you prefer the lights on or off during sex? I like them off.

3.) Do you judge people solely by their musical preferences? No, what does that have to do with anything?

11.) Is the male or female body the closest to perfection? The male! Especially when he's handsome, has a hairy chest, big brown eyes, dark hair... Oh uh where were we?

12.) Should a child who's caught masturbating be punished? HELL NO!! Leave the poor kid alone!!

21.) Do you think the family of a murder victim should have any say in what punishment is given to the murderer? Sure they should. They are the ones who lost a loved one.

23.) Would you rather know everything about your mate, or be regularly surprised? I don't know for sure on this question. There could be good and bad sides to each.

25.) What is sexiest on a man? Stubble, dark eyes and hair.

26.) Would you rather have your dream job or your soul mate for the rest of your life? Soulmate by far. Screw the job!

29.) Would you rather marry a virgin or someone experienced? I think the best man to marry would be one who's been divorced ONCE, and it was about 2 or 3 years ago, and he does NOT have any kids. That way he's been "broken in", you know he's not some never married freak and he's also not crappy white trash either who has a string of three or four divorces and a bunch of kids trailing behind him.

30.) Have you ever had a true one-night stand? Yes I have.
